Jonas Nyaye has been working with LFS since August, 2016. Jonas Nyaye is the CEO/Managing Director of AccessBank, Liberia. Prior to that he worked as a Senior Consultant (Group Finance) supporting AccessBank, Liberia to develop its treasury and financial control functions. He previously worked for several years with a large international microfinance network operating in Ghana and held several positions within the institution. Mr. Nyaye held the position of CFO in the microfinance bank over 6 years and also worked as Head of Internal Control Division for a large commercial bank in Ghana. Mr. Nyaye has a Master degree in Finance and a university degree in Management and Accounting. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant at the ACCA.
Sergii has been working in MSME Banking sector since 2003. He has extensive experience in providing financial services for micro, small and medium sized Businesses. Before joining ABL he was working in managerial positions in East European Banking sector. Sergii was involved in different projects such as development of Business and Agro lending, product development, process optimization, implementation of CRM system and many others. Mainly his focus is a Business development and Credit risk Management. He has Master Degree in economics and Bachelor Degree in transport engineering. He studied in Ukraine and in Germany.
Vezele joined AccessBank Liberia since 2009 as a Trainee Loan Officer. Vezele went through the ranks of the bank as Loan Officer, Group Leader, Branch Manager and Head of Banking Services, before ascending to the position of Banking Services Manager. Vezele is currently a 2nd year student for MBA Degree at the University of Liberia. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Liberia.
Eric Malm has been working with AccessHolding since October 2017. Eric Malm is the CIO of AccessBank, Liberia. Prior to that he worked as a Consultant for FPM in DR Congo for Cardless and prepaid card introduction for FINCA Congo, this is support their financial inclusion in the Congolese market. He previously worked for several years with a large international microfinance network operating in Ghana and held several positions within the institution. Eric Malm held the position of IT Manager in the microfinance bank over 10 years and worked as Head of IT Strategy, Planning and Architecture for a large commercial bank in Ghana. Eric Malm has a Bachelor Degree in computer science from the Ghana Technology University College. He is very passionate about software development to boost business processes.
